WeAreSent.com is an experiment in mission. It began by wondering what would happen if every follower of Jesus developed the mindset of a missionary. If we destroyed the compartmentalized Christian lifestyle that separates work, church, family, play, ministry, friends, and missions into neat little categories. And instead lived all of life as one sent by God with the mission to make disciples.

Scripture teaches that you are sent by Jesus. You are a missionary. WeAreSent.com will equip and challenge you to live as a missionary where you live, work, study, and play.

Here’s how it works. Two to three times each week on WeAreSent.com, a new mission will be posted. Examples of missions are meeting a new person, inviting a friend who doesn’t know Jesus to lunch, asking your waitress if you could pray for her, prayer-walking, inviting someone to church, or sharing the Gospel with someone. The possibilities are endless. You are challenged to live out the missions each week as you live your normal life. [click here for more information on how is works]

There are no meetings. There is no centralized structure. There is no set time to do missions. The responsibility for ministry is yours.

The goal is that you would develop the mindset of a missionary who is always looking for ways to bring the Kingdom of God near to people where you live, work, study, and play.
